About the Team
The Data Discovery team is a group of highly motivated technologists building a world-class cloud analytics platform that enables customers to make optimal business decisions by analyzing, transforming, and blending Workday and non-Workday data. Our main goal is to provide sophisticated, easy-to-use analytics solutions to all our customers. We have been busy building many exciting features as well as integrating with other analytics products. We use modern web technologies, such as ReactJS and TypeScript to develop intuitive, interactive and performant user interfaces.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for developing high performance, responsive user interfaces for data visualization. The clean, intuitive, and beautiful user interfaces you will build plays a critical role in the user experience - allowing users to explore and visually manipulate large data sets that can gain new insights and tell stories with their data.
You will utilize your knowledge of XO and the Workday infrastructure to help develop APIs and configurations that support and build the web applications using HTML5, CSS, TypeScript, and ReactJS/Redux. Your work will be critical to integrating the sophisticated analytics tools into the Workday ecosystem.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience and a proven track record of building backend or frontend applications for the web
Other Qualifications:
  • A solid understanding of XO and Workday backend infrastructure
  • 4+ years experience developing with JavaScript, CSS and semantic HTML and have strong debugging abilities across all major browsers.
  • 4+ years experience building large JavaScript codebases and have kept the code modular and loosely coupled.
  • You seek to be a part of a collaborative team that is focused on building a product that will delight customers.
  • You are passionate about patterns and practices that tame the complexities of building, maintaining and testing Javascript-heavy single page web applications.
  • Experience with ReactJS/Redux and TypeScript is a plus.
  • Computer Science Degree
